BIO-DESIGN for the REAL WORLD adalah sebuah proyek kolaborasi antara (Art)ScienceBLR dan the School of Life Sciences di EPFL.
Deskripsi
BIO-DESIGN for the REAL WORLD adalah sebuah proyek penelitian kolaborasi interdisiplin yang bertujuan untuk mendefinisikan, membangun, dan menguji prototipe di lapangan yang membutuhkan penggabungan antara perangkat basah, perangkat keras, dan perangkat lunak untuk mengatasi masalah air di dunia nyata. Proyek ini dimulai pada tahun 2012 melalui kolaborasi antara (Art)ScienceBLR dengan mahasiswa desain dari Sekolah Seni, Desain & Teknologi, Srishti di Bangalore, India, lifepatch - inisiatif warga di seni, sains dan teknologi di Yogyakarta, Indonesia]] dan mahasiswa di School of Life Sciences di EPFL (Lausanne, Swiss). Bio-design merupakan sebuah ide yang dimulai pada Hackterialab 2011 di Romainmotier di Swiss. Proyek ini menggunakan proses terbuka berdasarkan CC BY-SA 3.0.
